Little Shakers Ealing Vanessa has been running her successful Thursday morning Little Shakers classes in Ealing for 14 years.
Classes take place within Innovation Dance's Ealing Studio's situated at 96 Pitshanger Lane, Ealing W5 1QX. The studio is fully air conditioned and accessed through it's own dedicated entrance to the left of Innovation Dance Boutique.
Little Shakers classes combine music, movement and an early introduction to gymnastics. As with our Ruislip sessions we separate classes based on age group with activities and music to suit the ability and development limitations of our Little Shakers. Classes are in two age groups - 1 to 2 years for children just finding their feet and our older class for children aged 2 to 4 years who are encouraged to participate more independently. Each class, for both age groups is 40 minutes in duration.
After a welcome warm up shake to our Little Shakers song, classes follow a structured format based on the ability of each age group. We use mix of original music & re-imagined classics alongside props for each activity. Each class also includes a fun section of gentle mat based excercises and we culminate each week with a different final activity. These could include the use of a parachute or soft play equipment incorporated in a fun circuit featuring props to aid balance, climbing or crawling etc. Eating during the class is prohibited. However, it's important for your child (and you) to stay hydrated, therefore we recommend bringing a spill proof drink container. Timings for each age group for Ealing classes are - Thursday 10.00 am - 1 to 2 years old Thursday 10.50 am - 2 to 4 years old
If traveling by car, there is limited free on street parking on the adjacent side roads. If travelling by Public transport to Pitshanger lane we recommend the E9 and E2 bus routes, with a stop right outside the studio itself. We have limited space for pushchairs etc. in the entrance hallway. |
